Squier by Fender Vintage Modified Jazz Bass is amazing. I bought it as a first time bass, and wow. First off, it looks like something you could pay 800 plus for. It has great neck action too - tunes well. Seymoure Duncan pickups are a huge bonus. I`d definitely recommend Squier by Fender Vintage Modified Jazz Bass as a starter or even advanced instrument. Well worth the money.
