Jupiter 673N Low Eb Bass Clarinet is my SECOND Bb Bass Clarinet made by Jupiter. My students in the band have played our first bass clarinet for 3 years now, solid, with no problems whatever. The tone is remarkable for a plastic instrument. And of course, being plastic, it`s tough and durable. It has added immeasurably to the sound of our band. Now, this second instrument played beautifully right out of the box. Our bass clarinetist is going on now to a new school and had to have his own instrument. He chose the Jupiter and rightly so.
