Walter Nirschl comes from a family in Germany with a six-generation tradition in musical instrument building. Walter first apprenticed with his uncle Anton Meinl and later completed apprenticeships at factories in France and the U.S. before setting up shop in the factory known as BM Symphonic. The Nirschl name is now synonymous with world-class brass instruments.
