Jupiter 570 Tribune Series Euphonium , Band and Orchestra

Reviews
Purchased Jupiter 570 Tribune Series Euphonium in dec. 2005. I have been playing it for 8 months now. The horn gets a great tone and is very comfortable to hold. The 4th valve tuning is typical of non-compensating horns (sharp everywhere), but I do not find this a great drawback on most material. I encountered a very sticky 1st valve after a few weeks of playing and got very frustrated. In desperation I stopped using the jupiter oil and went to blue juice. The problem is almost non-existent now. I have found that I need to pull nearly all the slides to tweak the tuning of this horn, but again -a minor thing. Overall, I`m pretty satisfied.
